Nadine joined U2’s management company Principle Management, run by Paul McGuinness in 2001 whilst in college studying Business and Marketing. At Principle Management, over time she sat at every desk in the building learning about all areas of the business and along with U2, worked closely with clients Polly Jean Harvey and Paddy Casey.
Nadine worked on campaigns for How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb, All That You Can’t Leave Behind, No Line on the Horizon, Songs of Innocence and most recently the Billboard Top 200 number 1 album, Songs of Experience.
Highlights of her career have been working with Apple iTunes in 2006 co-ordinating U2’s digital box set of 446 tracks, the 360 Tour, “Ordinary Love” from the Mandela Long Walk to Freedom OST, Films of Innocence in 2014, The iNNOCENCE & eXPERIENCE Live in Paris Concert Film, conceiving and co-ordinating the four plane fly over at Croke Park in 2017 and particularly with her involvement in Music Generation who have recently received full government backing for a country wide roll out in the Republic.
She managed Irish band Dirty Epics who had touring success in Ireland, UK and US and whose music was featured on top TV shows.
Now at Guy Oseary’s Maverick Management which is part of the Live Nation family, she is involved with all of the day to day for U2 and oversees production and music licensing for the band.
