Lucas Keller is a 16 year veteran manager in the music industry. His now 5-year-old company Milk & Honey is an A&R and marketing driven 14 employee management company with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Nashville. Milk & Honey represent some of the most successful artist, songwriter, producer and mixer talent in the world, with a cadre of clients who have amassed over 400 million records sold worldwide. With a diverse group of clients ranging from writers and producers like David Hodges, Oak Felder, Sir Nolan, Charlie Handsome and Jamie Hartman to top 20 global DJ Oliver Heldens, Keller represents almost 50 clients across every prominent genre of music. Prior to starting Milk & Honey, Keller spent 5 years at Beverly Hills music/tv/film powerhouse The Collective. As the youngest of seven music managers at The Collective (a group who represented Linkin Park, Kanye West, Enrique Iglesias, Slash, Peter Gabriel, Avenged Sevenfold and others) he aggressively pursued the writer, producer management business. Keller orchestrated award winning comebacks with legacy artists like Jimmy Cliff and Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots, among others. Today, Keller and his clients have received multiple gold and platinum awards, Billboard chart certifications, BMI/ASCAP pop awards, BMI/ASCAP country awards, Grammys, Golden Globes, Junos, Mercurys, and Brits. The company’s synch arm clears nearly 30 placements per day in television, film and advertising. Milk & Honey and their clients made an overwhelming dent on the global pop charts in 2017 – 2018 and continue to expand. In fall of 2018, the company had 9 client hits at once on the US top 40 radio charts.
